Covid 19 Innovation Challenge

Most successful businesses start by solving a problem. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, there are a number of problems that have appeared that you can help solve. We invite you to use your design thinking skills and come up with a business solution to these global challenges.

Choose one (1) option below and create a business solution. Submit your responses through an illustration and written response explaining your solution.

  • How to protect senior citizens from being exposed to the virus; in addition, how can they get the food, toiletries, and medicines that they need without exposing themselves to danger.
  • Food and essential item- As the seriousness of the Corona-virus was coming into view, many Americans rushed to their local grocery stores and bought more than they needed of items like toilet paper and hand soap leaving many people without. How can you make sure people don’t buy too much in a crisis?
  • Many schools have closed in an effort to slow the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Many families now have children at home while the parents still have to work.
  • With mandated “social distancing”, how can kids interact with each other and still follow the rules?
